1Your identity

ID proof
We check the number and keep only its last 4 digits.
Exactly as printed on your Aadhaar card / passport: this name goes on your certificates.

You enrol with your Trainee ID and this number.

3Qualification and experience

Minimum: 10th (SSLC).
Acupressure knowledge

4Documents

Photos or PDF, up to 5 MB each. Tip: a masked Aadhaar (from the UIDAI website, showing only the last 4 digits) is enough.

Front, and back if your address is on it (up to 2 files).
Optional. For your trainee card.
Optional: qualification certificate, acupressure course certificates (up to 5 files).

    5Consent

    1. The details and documents I have given are true, and my name is exactly as printed on my Aadhaar card / passport.
    2. AcuHealthLine · Marma Chikitsa may keep and use this information and these documents to verify my identity, enrol me in training programmes, record my attendance, issue my certificates and training credits, and contact me about my training.
    3. Only the last 4 digits of my Aadhaar number are kept. My documents are stored privately, seen only by the training staff, and not shared with anyone without my permission unless the law requires it.
    4. I can ask the clinic to correct my details or delete my registration at any time (certificates already issued stay on record so they can be verified).
    Your registration is checked by the clinic; you can enrol straight away.
